Crazy Cobwebs

Early this week we had a very frosty morning which allowed some amazing cobwebs to be on display.

Paper Mache

There has been a lot of rain this week so not much chance of doing any gardening apart form some weeding.

Exciting Exhibitions

On Monday I visited the Biscuit Factory. An amazing gallery with some outstanding art. All very inspirational.

I loved this plaster sculpture of a lion. So realistic in it's movement. I might have a go at trying to make something similar. I have created a bird using a wire base which I hope to complete next week.

Winter Approaches

Winter is on its way. The nights are drawing in and we now have to walk the dog just after 4pm.

Halloween Happenings

Be prepared to be scared.
Halloween has arrived in the Artful Garden. The scarecrows are in fancy dress.

Tatton Park and Beyond

I have been busy in my gardens trying to keep on top of the weeds and harvesting, peas, beans, turnips, potatoes and cabbage.

I visited the Tatton Park Flower Show. I always love the art work on display.
